About Chad Thibodeaux, Broker

Chad’s time in the Hill Country dates to early childhood. Having grown up in Horseshoe Bay himself, he graduated from Llano High School in 1987. He then attended Texas A&M University as the loudest and proudest member of the Fightin’ Texas Aggie Class of ‘91, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance.

Shortly after graduation, Chad joined his father, Shelton Thibodeaux as a broker associate for RE/MAX Horseshoe Bay Resort Sales Co.  The partnership solidified RE/MAX as a family business for the Thibodeauxs, and Chad has continued that legacy, even after Shelton’s retirement. With almost 30 years of real estate experience in Horseshoe Bay, Chad’s knowledge and expertise are second to none. Moreover, his commitment to serving his clients has only grown.

Chad’s passions in life revolve around spending time with his family, watching Aggie football, and enjoying his favorite pastimes of hunting, fishing, and boating. Tina is Chad’s wife of 25 years who recently joined RE/MAX as a sales associate after spending over 20 years serving the public as a paramedic firefighter. Together, they have three beautiful daughters, Ashley, Caitlyn, and Morgan, who are now grown and thriving in their careers of social work, business, and healthcare. Last but not least, Chad and Tina are the proud parents to four adorable dogs, Ben, Sully, Penny, and Daisy.
