Inks Lake is the second reservoir in the Highland Lakes chain.  The six lakes were created when the Lower Colorado River Authority created dams to provide flood control for the area.  Inks Lake is one of the smaller lakes and about one third of its shoreline is part of Inks Lake State park.  With great fishing, boating and other recreational activities and gorgeous waterfront views residing in the area is perfect for any outdoor enthusiast.
